Day 14. Marsheemon

I.H.Y.M. – I hate you Monday!
A.T.E.N.E.O. – Bisitahin niyo naman ako dito please!
F.K.T.N. – Funny/Freak ka talaga Nikki
F.Y.F. – Hahahaha!
A.B.M. T. – Ang boring mo talaga!
S.Y.A. – See you around
S.L.S.L. – Sige lang, sulat lang
T.T. – Paboritong salita ni Mya, “Tatakbo tayo?”
B.U.S.Y. -  Salitang tanging si Taba lang ang may alam. Siya lang.
T.O.N.I. – Mahal ko. Hahaha! Walang kokontra!
E.K.S. – Ewan ko sa’yo
T.U.N.T – Tara, uwi na tayo.

Marami pang susunod…

Ulan

Hindi na kailangan magbitaw ng salita
Ano mang tumatakbo sa isipan
Pinamigay na yun ng ating mga mata
Dinggin ang paanyayang sumayaw sa aking kama
Sa saliw ng ulan. (Ulan, Johnoy Danao)

Weirdest of The Weirds

I started the day, which ironically the last day of the year, with simple and sweet prayer.  A normal people would tend to pray in silence but on the other hand, an inventive person will tell his prayer in a ballsy-bloggie way.

So my short prayer goes like this;

Hey Dear Lord!

I actually don’t know how to start this stuff up. So forgive me if I’m violating the formal way of writing a prayer.

Remember me, your messy-mushy twenty-one year old son who’s still longing for a cool tie and a pair of running shoes? I’m still here.

Remember the night, when I asked you to give me dozen of French fries? Hell thanks, because you gave me a lemon. First, I thought you are just pulling my leg out of my own sanity, but perhaps I believe you just want me to create lemonade out of your heavenly-citrus gift.

Remember the hot afternoon, when you called me to go in a place where you think I can find luck and never-ending prospects? That time actually I wore red long sleeves with fancy tie just to found out that I’m stuck at the children’s party not on corporate agenda at all. So, all I could do is to pretend a clown minus the bubbly costume. You gave me no choice and you obviously gave me a chance to play and laugh with young souls. Funny, eh?

I’m always up for your series of twists and turns, rains and sun-shines, black and white. Because after all, I believe you’re the craziest of the crazies. Now, let me ask you this, what’s with these weirdest of the weird sets of surprises?

Don’t give me answers. Just stay with me no matter what. Yes? Pinky promise?

On a serious end, I’m oddly happy and blessed to have you along my 2010 trip. Thanks for a messy and cloggy year in general - days of doubts, fears and uncertainties.

Remember me, your messy-mushy twenty-one year old son who’s still longing for a cool tie and a pair of running shoes. I’m still here, waiting for myself to embrace the weirdest of the weird sets of surprises.

Love lots!

Times Like This

Christmas Buttered Chicken Adobo
Christmas Eve
Never thought of spending a whole Christmas Eve at her special place.
Seeing her satisfied by my child’s play manner makes me even more complacent and extra-ordinary.
Sharing time, stories and kisses.

Things I should’ve discovered earlier.
Unleashing my home-made chef skill is such a success. Haha!

Lesson learned. Lesson earned.
No matter how much effort you’ve made, the world will just give you a lemon.
You have two options - to make sour about it or make a lemonade.

The year is about to end. Arguably, I’m kind of excited about it and be able to use my brand new pair of shoes.
Hell who knows what will going to happen.
I would always choose to continue running with my heart and flashing those smile against an army of conundrum.

The Marching day.
On the 9th I’m planning to do a staggering event out of my own nothingness and hallow sources.
Payback time and giving is a must.
I’ll be banking on my peers and their genuine contributes.

Big hopes and fighting fist for this day.

Hey December, thanks for summing that up. Thanks really.

The Ukulele Boy

God knows how much I admire and love kids. I was actually kind of fixated with children toys and stuff just to pretend that I still belong to their age array, but hey it’s Christmas anyway.

This video I saw in Youtube is simply adorable. A kid playing ukulele side-by-side with his very audible but not-so accurate lyrics while projecting a kusutin-mo-lang-mukha-mo-may-appeal-ka-na look. It really gives him total knockout cute points.

In one, two, three go.

Okay, I envy you for three things. First because you’re a kid; second you’re a musical prodigy in the making and lastly you’re not familiar with the I’m Yours lyrics.

Towards Nightfall

So, thank you for the night.
It was as if my last night embracing your tune.
Withstanding all these non-negotiable dilemmas for this year.

So, thanks for summing it up in just one night.
It was as if you were mine, vice versa.
I dear you still.

Call me yours, swear I’ll be.
